Discounted Access for Spartans Players
Current Tyler Spartans Baseball Club players are eligible for exclusive discounted pricing on lessons and cage rentals outside of regular team practices.
To unlock these discounts, Spartans players must register for a FREE membership through our Swift Facility Management page.

Membership Details

• Non-Spartans Approval: Membership and facility use by individuals outside of the Tyler Spartans Baseball Club must be approved by our staff. Please contact us prior to signing up.

• Waivers: All members must complete and acknowledge the facility waiver before using the facility.

• Paid Memberships Coming Soon: We’ll soon offer paid memberships that include priority booking, credits, and additional discounts.

Parking Guidelines

• For lessons, please park on the right side of the building.

• Do not park in front of the two left bay doors — these spaces are reserved for other building tenants.

• During team practices, do not park directly in front of the building. Those spaces are reserved for coaches and should remain clear.

• Parking opens up in the area after 5PM on weekdays. Be ready to move your vehicle if neighboring businesses need access to their units.

Facility Rules

• Prohibited: Horseplay, damaging equipment, theft, misuse of cage time, and unauthorized members using the cages. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal of access.

• Turf Area Rules: No gum, sunflower seeds, food, or drinks allowed on the turf.

• Climate Control: The facility is not currently climate controlled. It will be hot during the summer months. We will have fans available for air circulation, but please prepare accordingly.

• Overhead Doors/Fans: You may lift the overhead doors and turn on fans to help with airflow.

Cage Rentals During Non-Staffed Hours

• After booking, you’ll receive a door code via email for facility access.

• Advance booking is required — please avoid last-minute cage reservations.

• Only rostered Spartans players are allowed 24/7 access.

• Players 15 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

• When leaving the facility:

  • Ensure all doors are closed and secured.

  • Turn off all lights.

  • Close the front door and press the Lock button on the keypad to secure the facility.
