Checklist Overview
Welcome to the Tyler Spartans Baseball Club! Whether you’re new or returning, please go through this checklist to help ensure a smooth and organized season. Let’s focus on what matters most—BASEBALL!
Check your text or email for a BAND invite. Enter your First and Last Name, plus a label like “(Derek’s Dad or Mom)” for easy ID.
Parents can add a family member in the app, but please limit the chat to close family handling transportation.
Team registrations are available on the Registration Page, labeled by team so you know exactly which one to select. If you need help, there’s a step-by-step tutorial video to guide you through the process.
Team uniforms and fan gear will be available through TCA Teamstore. Visit our Uniform Page for full details, and be sure to order before the deadline to avoid delays for the entire team.
All required forms, including birth certificates, must be submitted before the season begins. If your player has a planned absence, please complete the Tournament Absence Form located below or in the Parent Resources tab.

Watch for emails from tournament hosts to approve your player. Update your email by logging into the tournament website or contacting their help desk. Also, reach out to your previous coach to be released from USSSA or NCS rosters.
Please review the Team Guidelines for expectations regarding communication, attendance & more. Additionally, check the Uniform Guidelines to ensure proper fit and appearance for all team events.
